When you contact ZAEVINE through the website, we process the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, optional company or publication, enquiry type, subject and message.

We use this information to receive, assess and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps you request in relation to a possible collaboration, licence or other agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling communications and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

The website infrastructure also processes limited technical information such as an IP address, request time and browser or device information where necessary to deliver and secure the site, prevent abuse, rate-limit requests and troubleshoot errors. Required contact-form fields are needed so we can understand and respond to your enquiry. Providing information through the contact form is voluntary, but without the required information we may not be able to respond. We do not use contact-form information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Some visual content can be played through YouTube. The YouTube player is loaded only after you choose to play the video and uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.comembed. Once you load external media, the provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser or device information under its own privacy terms.

The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile as an anti-abuse and security check. When enabled, the Turnstile component loads from Cloudflare and Cloudflare may process technical information needed to assess whether a request is legitimate. This processing is used to protect the website and contact form from automated abuse.

Under applicable data-protection law, you have rights in relation to your personal information. Depending on the circumstances and the legal conditions that apply, these can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability.
